have been trying to find a lender to help me buy a restaurant. It has
been in business for 44 yrs. it is ready to take over all I need is
202.800. This has been my dream for as long as I can remember. I am
tired of just working in them I want to own my business. can some
one out there help me. The market vaule is 96.800 but that doesn't
inculed the inventory. they are only open 6 months out of the year and
there intake was 99.000 . I will keep it open year round so I know I
will not have problem with the paying back of the loan. can you help me?
